The Tribal Juvenile Healing to Wellness Court Program is a Judicial Intervention Program that promotes accountability, healing, and tribal life-ways for court involved youth, who suffer from addiction to alcohol and illegal substances.  The primary goal of the program is to reduce delinquent behavior and substance abuse, thereby building the juvenile on toward a healthy adult life style.  The program is funded by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.  Any enrolled member of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana is eligible for the program, under the age of 21, who resides in the immediate service area and has to meet Juvenile Court for a non-violent crime(s).

If any assistance is needed, regarding the program, please contact the Juvenile Program Coordinator, Golda Scharpon-Sampson by phone at 318-240-6460 or by email at gsampson@tunica.org
