Human Resources

The Human Resources (HR) department provides personnel, benefits and support services for departments of the Tunica-Biloxi tribal government and its business divisions including the Gaming Commission, MobiLoans and Tunica-Biloxi Financial Services (TBFS).  In addition, HR identifies and screens candidates to meet staffing needs for each department.

HR promotes employment opportunities to tribal members and tribal spouses, non-member American Indian individuals, and the public.  Individuals interested in employment with the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe are welcome to review the information below which provides available job positions, an employment application and application guidelines, and a summary of employment benefits.


Announcements, which contain “until filled” after the closing date, may remain actively open until a selection is made or no longer than six months from the opening date of the announcement. All job announcements are posted in the following order: 1) tribal members and spouses; 2) current tribal employees; and then 3) the public.

Selection Process
All Tunica-Biloxi Tribal positions are competitive. All employment applications and supportive employment material will be evaluated based on the relevance of the applicant’s qualifications and experience as it applies to this position. Applicant’s who demonstrate that they meet the minimum qualifications and experience most relevant to this position will be considered qualified and be eligible for an interview. Complete tribal employment applications and resumes will be accepted until the closing date of the posting. Resumes received after the closing date will not be considered for the position.
