Police

The mission of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribal Police Department is to enhance the quality of life on the reservation by providing professional police services to the public. It is our priority to maintain order, protect life and property, prevent crime, apprehend criminals, reduce fear and manage a safe environment by enforcing the laws of the United States Constitution, the state of Louisiana, the Parish of Avoyelles and the Tunica-Biloxi Indians of Louisiana.

To build and maintain strong relationships among Tunica-Biloxi citizens, Tribal Police officers support community events and programs in partnership with the Social Services Department, Health Department, Language & Culture Revitalization Program and the Pow Wow Committee.
